Philosophy & Vision

The Manifesto was born out of my desire to help people make sense of, connect and be present in their own lives. My focus is to provide my clients with easy to understand insight that can be applied to their own life experiences. Together we examine their life and work out what really matters to them. In doing this, clients feel more in tune with their life and how they are in the world.

Background

I have a background in the arts and spent 20 years touring with professional Circus and Dance companies. Needing to reinvent myself after children, I was drawn to counselling due to a strong desire to help clients make sense of, connect, and be present in their own lives. My continued training in existential practice underpins this desire.

Quality Provision

I undertake professional development and am a life long learner. I have a personal interest in existential therapy and am currently doing a two year pathway in existential practice. I have a background in the arts and I am passionate about visual art as well as theatrical arts. I practice meditation, yoga, self care and MBSR as a foundation for my life and practice.
