Philosophy & Vision
I am a qualified and ACA-registered counsellor based in Sydney, Australia with a passion for supporting mental wellbeing and forming genuine connections. I find joy in facilitating positive change and growth in people's lives.
At Endue Counselling Services, my mission is to help you uncover and harness your inner strengths and resources. Just as the word endue implies being equipped or endowed with something valuable, my goal is to empower you with the tools, insights, and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth.
I understand that seeking help can be a daunting step, but you don't have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we can explore your challenges and work towards a brighter, more balanced future. I invite you to take that first step towards healing and growth.
Background
Before transitioning into private practice, I gained over 10 years of experience working in customer service and administration, which helped me develop strong communication and organisational skills. This included working in funeral services, giving me deep insight into the grief & loss journey of bereaved families. I also gained valuable experience working in hospitals, aged care facilities, and NFPs, where I provided direct care and support to a diverse range of individuals.
My professional journey also included roles at a prominent EAP organisation, where I assisted clients in navigating their mental health care needs. These experiences have shaped my approach to offer informed, compassionate, and client-centred care.
