Services
The initial stride towards seeking therapy can be quite daunting. Clients have shared that they have contemplated the necessity for change for some time. Dealing with persistent negative thoughts, emotions, painful symptoms, and maladaptive behaviours has proven to be a challenge, often accompanied by a sense of hopelessness and helplessness. The reluctance to confide in others and share these inner struggles can act as a formidable barrier to that crucial first step.
Rest assured, I’m here to journey with you. We’ll work in tandem to enhance your mental well-being through a nurturing therapeutic alliance. My approach is centred around you, fostering a space of respect and collaboration.
Quality Provision
I frequently engage in peer and individual supervision, case consultations and upskilling/training in trauma focussed approaches and continued professional development in schema therapy.
