Philosophy & Vision
My style is friendly, open, transparent and aims to help you understand yourself and how you would like to move towards the life you want. I believe wellbeing rests in the quality of our relationships, past and present, and the relationship we have with our self. Conversations continually track your state of mind and the direction you would like therapy to go in and I welcome open feedback throughout the process.
Background
I obtained a Masters of Educational and Developmental Psychology in 2016. While studying, I worked as a Youth Worker, Student Counsellor, Research Officer and Project Coordinator. Before psychology I was a Health Project Coordinator for an NGO. This was an exciting and challenging role and I found my passion for working with children, young people and families. I was employed as a Guidance Counsellor in primary and secondary schools across Brisbane before opening my private practice in 2019.
