Therapy Approach
I am pluralistic in my practice with a special focus on meaning orientated/existential issues. I have trained in existential therapy and person-centred/experiential therapy. I also incorporate relational psychotherapy into my practice as well as utilising CBT (including mindfulness) to support clients who are seeking to manage their symptoms of mental illnesses.
All my work is based on the therapeutic relationship, through which safety for the client is established and which then act as a microcosm of what occurs in the rest of the client's world allowing us to work to resolve the client's concerns.
