Therapy Approach
The safe and compassionate support I provide will allow you to explore your life experiences, any issue you bring with you and allow you to make meaning for yourself. I focus on providing a safe space for you to develop self-compassion as the foundation for the work we do together. Sometimes early coping strategies can limit our full expression later in life. Through our work together, you will gain awareness of what is happening and how. I will encourage you to appreciate your qualities and strengths, consider what you want to keep and take with you, and what you might be ready to let go of, so you can live your life more fully.
