Philosophy & Vision
The patterns we struggle with most—whether it’s anxiety, self-doubt, or people-pleasing—often have deep roots in our past, shaping how we see ourselves and relate to others. Therapy is a space to untangle those patterns, not just to “fix” symptoms, but to truly understand yourself in a way that leads to lasting change.
I work best with deep thinkers, high achievers, and those who feel stuck in cycles of over-responsibility, overthinking, or never quite feeling “enough.” If you’re navigating a big life transition, struggling with self-trust, or just tired of carrying it all alone, we can work together to make sense of it—and help you step into a more grounded, authentic version of yourself.
Background
Before moving into private practice, I had a range of educational and career experiences outside of psychology, giving me a broad perspective on the many ways people navigate life’s challenges.
My approach is psychodynamic, meaning we go beyond surface-level strategies to explore the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships.
Services
I provide individual (one on one) therapy for adults via telehealth.
Quality Provision
I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists.
I undergo regular professional supervision and engage in my own therapy. I engage in regular professional development to ensure that I am continuously learning and developing as a therapist.

Therapy Approach
My approach is influenced by my early studies in existential philosophy (philosophy that explores human existence). More recently, I am exploring psychodynamic approaches, which are curious about the role of the unconscious mind in influencing behavior.
I am known for being myself in sessions, using humour, curiosity, and warmth.
My style is active, yet non-directive/unstructured. This means that patients are in charge and you are free to explore whatever is on your mind. My role is more of a guide than an instructor. I will be there to help explore aspects of yourself that may be unknown, long forgotten, or silenced.
