Philosophy & Vision
Every individual is part of a relational system. Relationships are a very important part of life. A good relationship can help sustain us and should offer a source of emotional support. Unfortunately, few of us have been taught how to communicate our needs in a way that the partner can hear. As a result, relationships encounter difficulties which can lead to them breaking down. Learn how to have a relationship of strength, respect and mutual desire for each other.

Therapy Approach
Systemic with a psychodynamic focus. Every individual is part of a system whether this is a couple, family, workplace, community or country system. Systemic therapy understands the individual as part of a system. Every individual is affected by his/her unique family of origin which in turn will impact on his or her intimate relationships in the future. Understanding and making meaning of past important relationships helps foster current relationships.
