Philosophy & Vision
Qualified Jungian analyst and accredited with the British Psychoanalytic Council. I work with those who need to discover meaning in their life and are seeking a greater sense of fulfilment and need to reduce symptoms and alleviate distress. Our work uncovers how feelings, knowledge and ideas that are below the surface and assumptions, values and beliefs we don't know exist, decisively contour actions, habits and patterns in all aspects of relationships and life.
Background
More than 12 years experience in mental health in the United Kingdom and Australia. I trained in the public hospital setting in the British National Health Service whilst also working in private practice. Infant, perinatal and parenting matters are particular areas of interest. My study is in developmental psychology, infant research and infant observation, attachment theory, and neuroscience.
I am a training and supervising analyst with Australia and NZ Society of Jungian Analysts.

Therapy Approach
The professional relationship with the therapist is a crucial element. I offer a confidential and private setting which facilatates a process where unconscious patterns of the client's inner world become reflected in the client's relationship with the therapist. This process helps identify patterns and, in becoming conscious of them, to develop the capacity to understand and change them.
