I invite clients to engage in mindful self-observation, so they can learn more about who they are and how they unconsciously affect their environment; to discover a renewed sense of possibility. This depth work strengthens capacities for connection, aliveness and resilience. My aim is to help people enhance the way they live, work and relate to others. I consult with adult individuals.
Background
Sondra brings a depth of experience and a unique combination of skills and qualifications to her practice, with over 20 years' expertise assisting individuals and groups to transform their ways of working and being. This includes engagements across a broad range of industries and modes - private practice, corporate, university, government and the not-for-profit sector.
Services
Therapy may be short to long-term, depending on individual needs and is conducted on a weekly basis. Online therapy services are also available.
