Sha focuses on using a client-centred and collaborative approach applying evidence-based interventions to help her clients achieve their therapeutic goals. She has experience in a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, personality disorders, self-esteem challenges, and behavioural concerns.
I practice ISTDP for which I have received intensive training, including in Canada, UK, Norway, Sweden and NZ. I have trained in body-oriented psychotherapy, as well as family and narrative therapy. I also have professional training in philosophy and theology which broaden my vision of therapy.
